Hummingbirds You Must See in Colombia

My next adventure was back to Colombia to find more hummingbirds to photograph. Colombia has more species of birds than any other country in the world. Rogitama Biodiversidad is near the town of Arcabuco, Boyacá Department, Colombia, and is a pristine environment that has helped the critically endangered Black Inca hummingbird come back from the “endangered species“ status. Other new species for me here were the Short-tailed Emerald and the Lazuline Sabrewing.
