How does brick making factory feeding soils in required quantity?

In the production of bricks and tiles, in order to ensure the stable performance of the mixture, quantitative batching is required. Especially in the production process of internal combustion bricks, it is particularly necessary to mix ingredients according to quality. Electronic belt scales are the most widely used equipment for batching according to quality. The belt scale consists of a weighing device, a weighing sensor, a speed sensor, and a weighing display. When weighing, the load-bearing device transfers the gravity of the material on the belt to the weighing sensor. The weighing sensor outputs a voltage signal proportional to the gravity of the material, which is amplified by an amplifier and then sent to the analog-to-digital converter to convert it into a digital quantity A, and send it to the arithmetic unit. After the material speed is input into the speed sensor, the speed sensor outputs pulse number B and also sends it to the arithmetic unit. After calculating A/B, the arithmetic unit obtains the amount of material for this measurement cycle. By accumulating each measurement cycle, the total amount of material continuously passing through the belt can be obtained.
