Putin: ’Response will be harsh’ if attacks continue against Russia

Speaking at a Security Council meeting, Russian President Vladimir Putin again blamed Ukraine for the Kerch Bridge attack in Crimea, saying it is an “act of terrorism“. He went on to warn: “If attacks continue against Russia, the response will be harsh.“ He admitted that “long-range missiles“ had targeted Ukraine’s energy, military and communications facilities in a co-ordinated attack.
