Steak with fried artichokes and cream sauce. #shorts

Ingredients: - Prime Beef steak 250gr - Olive oil 100 ml - Sea salt and pepper - Spring of rosemary - Garlic 3 cloves - Artichoke Cream 300 ml Parmesan 30 gr Truffle 30 gr Cooking process: 1. Rinse the artichoke, remove hard outer leaves. Cut it in half. 2. In a fry pan with some olive oil over medium-heat put the steak and sear for 2 minutes on one side. Turn it over and sear for 2 minutes on the other side, add garlic and rosemary and sauté just until the garlic begins to soften. Set the steak apart to rest together with its sauce. 3. Fry the artichoke in olive oil for a few minutes. 4. Prepare the sauce. Get your cream, grated parmesan, season it with salt, pepper and some truffle. Cook, stirring constantly until thickened. 5. Carve the steak against the grain into slices, about 12 mm thick and transfer to a platter. 6. Serve your steak together with artichokes, sauce and grate some black truffle on top for a major zing!
