The Ascent: DLSS is MISSING and RT is BROKEN? (RTX 2070, latest drivers, Game Pass version of game)

When trying to do my graphics testing and benchmarks for The Ascent, I ran into some issues. The Ascent DLSS option is not showing up in the graphics menu, and Ray Tracing doesn’t seem to work (OFF and ON have no visual or performance difference). This is on an RTX 2070 with latest drivers and Game Pass version of game. The rest of my system is i5-9600K, 16GB RAM, NVME SSD.
