Thieves stole 60 Hermes Birkin bags worth $1.8 million from a Miami Beach store and dumped them in green trash bins. The group arrived in a work van, broke the door lock and grabbed two green plastic trash cans. Surveillance cameras captured them stealing 60 Hermès Birkin bags, worth between $20,000 and $35,000 each, and filling trash cans. They ransacked the store within minutes and fled in a van and an orange Hyundai Santa Fe. Police arrived at 3 a.m. to find the store empty and the thieves gone. Police quickly tracked down Eduardo Travieso Garcia, who allegedly confessed to the crime and was charged with burglary while wearing a mask and grand theft. He is being held on $100,000 bail and details about the second robber have not been released. Source: Lord Of War
