Tens of thousands of people attended the funeral of Mumtaz Qadri in Rawalpindi, Tuesday, with crowds throwing rose petals at Qadri’s coffin and declaring him a ’martyr’ after he was executed for the killing of Pakistani politician and former Governor of Punjab Salman Taseer.
