Late last week, shareholder groups in the UK, U.S. and Australia began rattling the cages seeking to break Rupert Murdoch’s control of the company and calling for the ouster of the board. But since the Murdoch family controls 40% of voting shares, forcing Rupert out would be a difficult task.
