INGREDIENTS
60ml warm water
100ml warm milk
6g dry yeast
40g sugar
6g salt
1 egg
350g flour
55g butter
Preparation
Combine flour with salt, make a well in the center.
Pour warm milk and water in. Add sugar, yeast and eggs.
Add butter and knead until a smooth and slightly sticky
ball of dough starts to form.
Set the dough aside to rise for 1 hour.
Flat each ball of dough with your palm and form a ribbon
as shown in the video.
Leave to rise for the final time for 30 minutes.
bake for 15-20 minutes at 150°C
Serve with apricot jam, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
