Create seamless tiles for Unity’s 2D Tilemap (Krita + Unity Tutorial)

In this video I show you how you can easily create seamless tiles for video games, including how to make multiple variations that all fit together! Get the sprites, psd and krita file here: 1. Download and install Krita (and wonder why you’ve been paying for Photoshop ;0 ). 2. Create a square canvas (whatever size you’re comfortable drawing in). 3. Hit Shift W to go into Wrap Around Mode. If It is not working, go to settings: configure Krita and type ’wrap’ in the search bar. 4. Hit Shift A to select the original canvas (just a little helper to see where it is). 5. Paint the bricks, try not to have their edges going along the edge of the canvas. This is your first version, on to the next: 6. Copy the layer. 7. With the lasso tool select a square that is just a bit smaller than the original canvas, leaving an outer rim of the first bricks. Try not to slice of tiny stripes
