The Cutthroats ’TresPass N Get Bust’ The Unreleased Demo Video

1992. Before becomming CEO of his company Ill City Entertainment Inc, Glenn Paradise Pinkney held several positions with different independent music promotion and marketing companies. Glenn had a reputation for getting songs charted on Bill Board as well as actual club and air play. He was often described by his supervisor Gail Brusewitz as creative, innovative and ingenious. When Glenn signed The Cutthroats to a production deal, he actually guaranteed a record deal thru innovative and creative methods. One of those methods was to provide a “Demo Video“ along with The demo tape when shopping his groups. Demo videos were unheard of because of the expense they took to produce with no guarantee of getting signed. Paradise didnt care. He knew how to gain that slight edge over his competition when shopping for deals. The fruits of his labor paid off when Jive Records contacted him saying the video he provided with the demo tape was key in getting the Cutthroats their recording deal. It was indeed marke
