Qatar Airways has announced it’s ordering 20 more Boeing 777X jets, bringing its commitment to close to 100, as part of growth plans. Boeing has scored a new order for its 737 MAX at the 2024 Farnborough Airshow with Macquarie AirFinance ordering 20 units. Japan Airlines has firmed a big order with Airbus for the A350 and A321neo to enable future growth, fleet replacement and higher efficiency. Virgin Atlantic says its completed its fleet transformation with another order for the Airbus A330neo that’ll include 7 additional units. Boeing has announced an agreement with Lufthansa Technik that will enable the cabin modification of 787 Dreamliners in the future.
