Robot pallet maker - Atlas Robots

This amazing project is realized with a reconditioned KUKA robot capable of forming a pallet every 30 seconds. When it runs out of nails, the robot automatically changes the gun, without the need to stop. The clamp itself has a high suction power to capture the pallets. This complete installation incorporates a conveyor with four saws to chamfer the corners and another industrial robot to stack the finished pallets. A true technological marvel.
