To pull an all-nighter

To pull an all-nighter ENG: stay awake throughout the night, usually when working or studying. RUS: работать или учиться всю ночь. I found myself pulling all-nighters and isolating myself from my family and friends in order to get it all done, because I felt this immense pressure to continue providing for others. I felt obligated to devote all my time and energy to teaching because my students deserved it. Let’s say we need to get something done very quickly.
