C1B and C1F Tutorial || Knit a cable 1 back and cable 1 front an easier way

Follow this tutorial to learn how to knit C1B (cable 1 back) and C1F (cable 1 front) an easier way! This is the technique that I use to knit c1b and c1f as seen in some of my knitting patterns. This technique is not for everyone but once you get the hang of it, you can work these two stitches quickly and easily. C1B and C1F are superior to their similar stitches, RT (right twist) and LT (left twist). RT and LT work one of the two stitches twice, leaving a bulkier stitch that will tend to pucker. C1B and C1F work each stitch only one, and in the proper orientation to make a beautifully smooth and flawless detailing.
