Trap 3 Raise

Start the Trap 3 Raise in a standing position bent at the hips with a hand on the bench with a dumbbell in one hand with a neutral grip, dumbbell facing up and down. Slowly shrug the dumbbell up and then raise the dumbbell up and away from you at the same time until you form a Y. Then return to the starting position.
