Witness description: “Was shoveling snow off my deck outside when I happened to look up and notice what seemed to be a star at first. It was almost 4pm and still bright out, with blue sky, so I thought it couldn’t be. When I focused closer on the object (I stood there for about 5 minutes watching) I was stunned that it wasn’t changing location or moving as a plane normally would. This object was stationary, though seemingly rotating in a 360 full circle every few seconds as evident by the color change/flash of light/sun reflection.
