This is an environment piece I made based off of the abandoned sections of the hospital complex in Beelitz-Heilstätten, Germany. It was done as a texture, material, and lighting study using Unreal Engine 4.

-Modeling and UV layout were done in Maya and Zbrush.
-Textures were created in Substance Designer, Photoshop, and using the Quixel Suite.
