Alan Dershowitz says ’Mickey Mouse’ case against Trump ’doesn’t make any sense’

Earlier this week, former President Donald Trump stated on his social media platform Truth Social that he expected to be arrested Tuesday over alleged hush money he paid to adult film star Stormy Daniels about an affair between the pair during the 2016 presidential election. Trump is accused of paying Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Gregory Clifford, $130,000 to keep her quiet about an extramarital affair. Trump’s arrest has not yet happened after Wednesday’s jury proceedings were abruptly canceled. Those are expected to pick back up Thursday.
