[Video] Don’t over complicate your fitness goals

I wanted to say a few words of advice to any of you out there just getting started. Don’t make shit too complicated is the main takeaway here. The more you stress over things the less youre going to enjoy them. Maybe this advice doesnt apply to everybody because I know a lot of you out there might love the process of a very detailed strategy, but for the most part I think over analysis holds people back.
