Investment business mission of Russian regions in the UAE

An investment business mission of the Russian regions took place in the UAE. 🇦🇪🤝🇷🇺 The Krasnodar Territory Development Fund, with the support of the Russian Consulate General in Dubai, the Russian House in the UAE, the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Assembly of the Peoples of Eurasia and the Emirati company The Honest group, organized a unique investment business mission for Russian regions. The event was held in order to study the investment real estate market, exchange experience in the field of innovative construction, development of territories and urban space, as well as opening a Russian business in the UAE, promoting Russian franchises in the Middle East, studying modern financial mechanisms and reinvestment in Russia. The business program of the mission included round tables and presentations of opportunities for Russian enterprises, visits to the leading developers of the UAE companies EMAAR, SOBHA, TIGER, meetup meetings with experts in the field of legal, accounting and marketing support, studying innovative approaches to construction and development of territories, visits to commercial and residential real estate under construction and investment facilities. The mission delegates visited the Museum of the Future in Dubai, a cultural and scientific platform that represents the foundation of humanity’s tomorrow. They discussed best practices in the field of innovative eco-construction, territorial development and urban improvement, visited real estate under construction and investment properties, studied legal and accounting requirements for starting and running a business. The mission delegates received accurate calculations on investment real estate for the implementation of their own projects in the UAE, with high profitability from renting out property and obtaining residency for re-export business opportunities, legally opening foreign accounts and conducting foreign economic activities around the world. It was decided to hold the Russian Soul Festival on the Day of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between the Russian Federation and the UAE in December this year in Dubai.
