This clip is from the 2011 German movie called “Romeos.“ The movie is about a pre-op transgender young person named Lukas (FTM or Female to Male) who falls in love with the manly, hunky Fabio that you see briefly in the clip. But he doesn’t tell Fabio that he still has girl someone spills the news. Now Fabio is confused and Lukas is sad an confused as well.
