They were pretty cool ideas. - Also, Soldier is my favourite, if you could not already tell. The prospect of knowing I was going to be able to draw his guts spilling out was motivating. 2) Medic and Pyro are incredibly strong and can fly because they’re super Saiyan. Yes, that’s the explaination in the original Smile HD. Also why Pyro didn’t die to the garden. 3) I know that some Pinkie specific jokes are lost on Pyro, like the fourth wall breaking subtitle grab, but eh. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 4) So! Friendly fire! Just giving my rationale. In the OG, the fact that Pinkie attacks is unexpected. Pyro being on a separate team would have made it expected for him to attack. So we get this. 5) This was animated in 5 separate Krita projects and referenced from Mr Davey’s video, but nothing was traced. Even referencing was loose because, well, ponies don’t stand the same way or have the same proportions that grown men do... This was edited in Adobe Premiere Pro. This took 5-6 months, weaved in with a study and life schedule of course.
