Dark Tranquillity - Zero Distance Guitar/iPad Cover - LRRG [HD]

Oh, Dark Tranquillity, the moment the weather starts getting cold and I have to start throwing a jacket on in the morning, you start taking up a lot more space on my playlists. It’s not often I cover a bonus track (actually never before), but if the band put so much time and effort into making their music video for it, I can at least put a few hours into making mine. Also, a Tour Edition of their latest album really made me realize how much I want to see them live again. My actual keyboard is on the other side of the country but I really wanted to play the piano melody, so enter the iPad (thank you Steve Jobs, RIP). I used the “Virtuoso“ app, which I think is free, and pretty good for tapping out simple melodies. Sorry about the shaky camera, but it’s hard to play with one hand and hold the camera steady with the other. Anyway, enjoy! \m/
