Fairy Ranmaru Anata no Kokoro Otasuke Shimasu is the technically third magical boy anime from Studio Comet, the anime studio that brought us Cute High Earth Defense Club Love (Binan Kokou Chikyuu Bouei-bu LOVE!) and its spin off Happy Kiss.
