Studio One DAW and Quantum 4848 Audio Interface Setup with Lisa Kacos of SAE Nashville

Lisa Kacos is an artist and SAE educator living in Nashville, TN. She recently added the Quantum 4848 to her studio setup so she can interface directly with her analog mixing console and keep all of her instruments mic’d up and ready to record into Studio One at a moment’s notice. A multi-instrumentalist and songwriter, Lisa writes and produces her own music and collaborates with other artists, both in the studio and on the stage. She plays drums and trumpet with a variety of bands including Outer Vibe, Violet LaVelle, and Samuel Herb. She teaches a rhythm for songwriters course with Thinking Outside the Blocks, music production workshops with Omni Sound Project, and a music theory course at SAE Institute’s Nashville campus. Nicolas Hosford is a guitarist, producer, and engineer living in Nashville, TN. He holds a Master of Classical Guitar Performance degree and also specializes in all things electric guitar.
