One of the organisers behind the attempted terror attack on the Irganay hydroelectric power plant in September 2010 was killed during a special operation in the village of Gimry, Dagestan on Saturday. The preventive mission was conducted on behalf of the National Anti-Terrorist Committee of Russia (NAC).
