Tony Anderson - Fields of Green (Instrumental)

Fields of Green is the next single from my forthcoming album. This is the instrumental version of the song. Much of the music I’ve been writing flows from the simplicity and beauty of my childhood. My parents raised my siblings and I on a small farm in rural Nebraska in the 1990s. The recordings of birds that come in halfway through were recorded standing on that same property just after a thunderstorm last June. It was heaven. I never knew what was calling me back out to Nebraska a handful of years ago when I started writing this collection of songs, but I’m glad I listened... There’s also an ambient interpretation of Fields of Green called Meadowlark that’s on this release.
