Low Key Portraits: Rim Lighting

In this brief, very off the cuff behind the scenes video I show an alternative way to create a dramatic low key rim lit portrait. This method works particularly well if you’re in a small tight space, the results here were shot in a room measuring around 4m x 4m with ceiling height of just (hence using a speedlight for the overhead light... nothing else would fit!)
