Crusade Clip X-Files Reference: Conspiracy Explained

Scene from the Babylon 5 spinoff, Crusade. Episode titled “Visitors from Down the Street.“ The episode is a spoof of the X-Files. The crew encounters an alien race that mimics traits of Earth and uses the Human race as scapegoats for all their problems. In this scene, the doppleganger of the Cigarette-Smoking Man, Kendarr, explains why they do it to Captain Matthew Gideon (played by Gary Cole) and Lieutenant John Matheson (played by Daniel Dae Kim).
