Police Fire Pepperballs at Naked Man in Window

Several police cars pulls into apartment complex. Officers had weapons out and were firing upwards into a building. Other witnesses stated that the naked man was screaming jibberish and groping himself out of his window, which is why cops shot pepperballs onto him, in addition to keep him from falling out of his window.
