Chemtrail planes are small drones, flying low and slow?

I have seen good videos from Enslaved By No Media YouTube channel about how chemtrail planes seem to be small and are flying low. This clip seems to support at least the low part. It is hard to tell how fast they are flying as I am moving to opposite direction but considering that my plane moves probably around 200-300 km/h then these drones are not terribly fast.
