How to Draw Form: Drawing the Head in 3D

Tips to start drawing the head with dimension! The video is divided into four parts (or levels). Level 1: drawing different views of the head in 2D in blocky form Level 2: drawing the blocky head in 3D with perspective so it feels solid and you begin to think of the head as having different sides to it (planes). Think about how the surface lines wrap around the head. Level 3: adjusting the blocky head to have more curves, revising the jaw, and taking note of the S-curve that describes the side plane. Level 4: starting with the blocky form that we have been practicing, giving you a solid foundation to add anatomy on and more detail.
