Upgrading The Harley Benton R-446: A BUDGET AMAROK?

Harley Benton’s R-446 has been a very popular guitar for this channel - and for good reason! For such an inexpensive guitar, it plays well, looks great, and has a ton of potential. It’s the kind of starter/intermediate guitar that I wish I had when I was first learning! However, it’s certainly not perfect, and there are some sticking points that I mentioned in my review of the guitar. So what do we do with guitar hardware that we feel isn’t pulling its weight? We upgrade it! Aiming to fix the problems I had with it, I upgraded three crucial components of the R-446: the tuners, the bridge, and the pickups.
