Japan: Hundreds protest against nuclear plant re-start outside PM’s office
Hundreds of activists gathered outside the office of Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe in Tokyo, Friday, to protest against nuclear power plant re-starts in the country.
The protesters gathered outside the government building holding placards reading, among other slogans, “stop“ while they chanted against the restart of the plants.
Protesters had gathered at the same spot earlier this month to denounce the decision to restart the nuclear reactors at Kyushu Electric Power Co.’s Sendai nuclear power plant
