Making Dovetail Drawers, My Beef with Bosch

This vid is an excerpt from a larger build I am working on. I almost didn’t upload it because everything that could go wrong did. I actually ended up building a third iteration of this drawer for the final jewelry box but didn’t film it since it was the same process as the second version. I went ahead and chose to share it with y’all since ultimately we all have off days and we can still learn from each other’s issues and mistakes. I have never really like my Bosch router. I had to purchase it to be able to use Bosch router table (which claimed to have an universally compatible plate but is indeed not compatible with my Dewalt.. ugh Bosch) and the Bosch can interchange between 1/4’“ and 1/2“ collets which is necessary for the Porter Cable Dovetail Jig (my Dewalt only take 1/4“ shanks). I likely need to just buy new collets for the Bosch to avoid any issues of the clamp loosening in the future. However, I do not regularly loose my Bosch so it surprises me how quickly
