Tiger Muay Thai and MMA training camp, Phuket, Thailand Master Instructor Yod demonstrates a warm-up session on the Muay Thai heavy bag striking with a variety of techniques. Notice he is not wearing gloves and using his strikes to warm-up his muscles and joints before wrapping up and putting on gloves to go 100%. Master Yod stretched for 10 minutes before warming up which helps prevent injury.
