SpaceX Falcon 9 Twilight Launch — 22 December 2017

Video and time lapse of the SpaceX Falcon 9 launch from the top of Mount Elden. It was even better than I thought it would be. Full set of photos and description can be found here: My first twilight launch was a Minotaur launch on 22 September 2005. I got hooked on that one. The Vandenberg/White Sands launches I’ve viewed since then have not been with perfect sun position like this. So, 12 years !
