Porcupine Tree - Cheating The Polygraph - Drum Cover by Simon Schröder

It’s time for another song by Porcupine Tree! First time listening to this as a teenager, I was pretty confused by the rhythm happening in the verses. It took me some time to really figure it out.. but suddenly I knew how to play septoles. This whole piece is quiet a challenge on the drums as it’s very extreme with dynamics (both heavy and very soft). And there isn’t any rhythm in here that’s not somehow odd or tricky - still everything flows nicely and sounds terrific. Thanks for the inspiration Mr. Harrison!
