From TUCK to STRADDLE PLANCHE in 30 days | Straddle Planche Tutorial
What’s up guys, I will show you how you can learn the straddle planche from a tuck planche in 30 days / 1 month with a weekly workout routine. We start at zero: the ’’frog’’ position in week 1, while in week 2 we will focus on the tuck planche position. The advanced tuck planche will be trained in week 3 & 4 while you should be able to hold the straddle planche at the end of week 4 for at least 3 seconds.
The straddle planche is a really impressive move and easier than most think - if trained the right way. The tuck planche is of course the absolute prerequisite, but step by step.
In this tutorial I also introduce some great exercises which will train your whole core and upper body, specifically good to hold the straddle planche.
