Нужна тумба, или любая другая возвышености 20-30 см. Исходное положение в упоре на руках, как в отжиманиях от пола, только теперь одна рука опирается о пол, а вторая на тумбе, а постановка рук узкая. Задача - отжатся в половину амплитуды,потом сделать переход, что бы обе руки были на тумбе - потом снова переставить что бы уже вторая рука была на полу и отжатся в половину амплитуды. Стараемся максимально включать в работу трицепсы и дельты.
