“Love One Another“ - (ft. Jordan from JA & Jess from RUNAWAY)

on December 10th, 2016, long blue haired Jordan Johnson invited me to come help him with a video project he had in mind. i think i had only met him once before maybe(?) i met him in LA and he explained his vision- he saw an image of him dipping his hair in paint, twisting his body into a particular position he saw in his mind’s eye, & letting the paint drip from his hair onto someone as they shook uncontrollably. he said he’d had this picture for awhile & felt like this was the time to make it happen. he googled some spaces & rented one for a few hours, & asked his friend Jessica Muszynski (who we later cast to play the roll of Jess for RUNAWAY) to perform the piece with him. once the commitment had been made, he bought some paint, jars, a suit, and a tarp. he then asked a few friends to help with the setup & filming. camera work by Adam Agostino, edit & color by me. the beautifully haunting soundtrack came from our friends in Carrousel (thanks Joel & Sharon)...
