Bodycam Footage of Tucson Police Officers Shooting Armed Man Outside of a Hookah Lounge

* (Disclaimer: This video content is intended for educational and informational purposes only) * Tucson, Arizona — On August 20th, 2022 the Pima Regional critical incident team was activated for a Tucson Police Department officer-involved shooting, and the 3700 Block of South 16th Avenue, near Ajo way and i-19. Just before 3:30 am, the Tucson Public Safety Communications Department received a 9-1-1 call about a fight at a hookah lounge with one person displaying a firearm. Tucson police officers from Operations Division South responded to the parking lot of the business. Tucson police’s initial response to the lounge was for a report of a fight involving a gun. When officers arrived, the involved participants had left the area. While speaking with the staff officers were told of a second fight inside the lounge. As the officers approached the lounge, multiple patrons were seen running away from the lounge into the parking lot. The officers then encountered a man holding a handgun. TPD officers
