BA Better World - our most important journey yet

We are embarking on our most important journey yet – to a better, more sustainable future with the launch of BA Better World. Our new programme is putting sustainability at the heart of British Airways to create a great place for people to work, taking urgent action towards net zero emissions, reducing waste & positively contributing to the communities we serve. We partnered with Airbus to mark the launch with a one-off special livery on one of our most fuel-efficient aircraft, the A320neo in new BA Better World colours. We also collaborated with bp to source enough sustainable aviation fuel to power all our flights between London, Glasgow and Edinburgh during COP26 - UN Climate Change Conference, providing a lifecycle carbon reduction of up to 80% compared to traditional jet fuel
