Restoration Rusty Cleaver

Hello folks! Today I want to show you my new restoration project. I bought this rusty cleaver at flea market and made decision to restore it but with different handle. As usual, I used a rust remover liquid and iron brush, for handle I use piece of wood maybe it was a chair leg or? In any cases it’s solid wood and I used it. To give the desired shape to the handle I used my lathe machine, files and sandpapers. Finally, I sharpened it via anglegrinder, used two-component paint and my new oil-wax to impregnat
