This is again a Real to Sims series, and this time I took the idea from the Architectural Digest website. It is a 1920s Spanish Colonial Revival house placed in Beverly Hills, designed by George Washington Smith. I tried to make the house look old but with a feeling of restoration. Earthy colors, natural wood, and traditional furniture are the main characteristics of this house. With the help of fantastic custom content by Felixandra, Hey Harrie, and Pierisim, I was able to evoke the beauty of this old house. I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did.
