How to SAVE Video Effect PRESETS in Premiere Pro

To begin I added some effects to my first video in timeline and I want to save the effects of this video as a preset and use that in my second video. With your video selected, go to effect controls and click on video section, then press ctrl a to select all the effects. Now right-click on one of them and click on save preset. In the popup, set a name for the preset, add a description and click ok.
