Yanfei’s Special Dish ‘’My Way’’ | Genshin Impact Food IRL

That’s right, today we will be making Yanfei’s specialty ‘’My Way’’! This dish is based on an actual Chinese dish which is known as crab roe tofu. Crab roe is stir-fried till the oil within oozes out before being added to boiled tofu and accented with broth.
