Ukrainian - Steamed Ukrainian dumplings with cottage cheese(dough on kefir): Flour - 800 gr, Kefir - 500 ml, Baking soda - 6 gr, Cottage cheese - 500 gr, Sugar - 100 gr, Salt - 4 gr. Egg - 1 pc.
