Members of the Sudanese Muslim community, who usually make the annual Hajj pilgrimage to Saudi Arabia, became yet more unintended victims of the country’s unrest.
Millions of Muslims have been streaming into the holy city of Mecca for the pilgrimage, but due to the ongoing chaos in Sudan, only a small part of the country’s Muslim community has been able to travel there for the occasion.
